6 Days Nyerere, Mikumi and Ruaha National Park

Pickup at your hotel Dar es Salaam in the morning with the guide then drive to Nyerere national park 5 hours. Arrive lunch time at the camp and take short break before leave for evening boat drive in Rufiji expect to see hippos and crocodiles and other while dinner and overnight at Accommodation: Selous River Camp

After breakfast you will go for walking safari, Nyerere national park is also good for walking, the safari will give you an opportunity to make adventure with our well experienced bush guide. You will go back to the camp for lunch. After then you will go for an afternoon game drive for great animal sightings including all the great favorites’ lion, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, zebra and all the other major species like hunting dogs and birds in the afternoon take your lunch and take some rest then proceed with the game drive during evening drive to back for dinner and overnight. Earlier in the Morning proceed driving to Mikumi National Park one of southern circuit most destination, you will arrive around afternoon, enjoy your lunch box at a picnic site later proceed with the game drive and later drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Accommodation:Vuma Hills logde

After breakfast you will go for game drive, during game drive at the park, you can see a rich variety of bird species, as well as large numbers of giraffe, buffalo and elephants. You may also be able to spot lions, leopards and African wild dogs. Likely to be seen animals include zebras, hippos, hartebeest, wildebeest, impala, warthog, eland and antelope. Drive back for lunch in your hotel and after lunch you will proceed driving to Ruaha National Park. Accommodation:Ruaha River Lodge Lodge.

After early breakfast you will start game drive in Ruaha National park which is a largest park in Tanzania, Ruaha is home to about one-tenth of the world’s endangered lions some grouped in prides of 30 or more. The park has plenty of plants and animals that will leave you satisfied. The Ruaha National Park is also well known for its large population of elephants. Over 500 species of birds have been recorded here and make it a paradise to bird watchers. Most of the birds are residents such as Kingfishers, Hornbills and Sunbirds but some are migrants from other continents such as Asia, Europe, and within Africa to the region for instance the White Stork. As much as the birds can be spotted all year around, the best season for bird watching is on the wet season. Other animals that can easily be spotted in the park include both Greater and Lesser Kudu, lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, elands, zebras, impala, African wild dog, Jackals and bat eared foxes. On the Miombo woodlands you will easily spot the Sable and Roan antelopes.In arrival you will start game drive later drive for dinner and overnight. Accommodation:Ruaha River Lodge

This will be the last day at the park. After breakfast, check out, one will start the journey back to Dar es Salaam and arrive late in the afternoon direct to your hotel. End of Safari
