A nine-night/ten-day romantic beach holiday in the spectacular Zanzibar Island. You will enjoy a guided tour of Stone Town and some of the nearby top attractions. Later on, you will visit the South Coast for beach relaxation and water activities.
Meet your representative and transfer to your hotel in Stone Town. Check in for a two-night stay on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
After breakfast, enjoy a walking tour of historic Stone Town, visiting highlights such as the House of Wonders, Palace Museum, Arab Fort, bustling markets, winding alleyways, and ornately carved doors. Explore the House of Wonders, Zanzibar’s grandest historic building, showcasing Swahili culture and architectural influences from Britain, Portugal, and Oman.
After breakfast at 09:00, embark on a full-day trip to Prison Island and Nakupenda Sandbank. Visit giant tortoises, snorkel among colorful corals and tropical fish, relax on the pristine white sands, enjoy seasonal fruits and a seafood lunch, then return to Stone Town by boat.
At 10:00, depart Stone Town for Nungwi (2-hour drive). Upon arrival, enjoy lunch, relax at your hotel, and take part in beach activities.
After breakfast at 08:00, join the Safari Blue trip. Sail on a traditional dhow, snorkel, swim, relax on a white sandy beach, and enjoy seafood. Explore the mangrove lagoon near Kwale Island and swim in the natural tidal pool. Return around 16:30.
After breakfast at 08:00, embark on a 5-hour snorkeling tour to Mnemba Atoll in northeast Zanzibar. Explore the marine reserve with its colorful fish, turtles, and coral reefs, guided by an experienced guide. Afterwards, transfer to the airport for your flight home.
On this day you will relax at your hotel with an option of visiting the Rock restaurant in the noon for lunch.
In the afternoon, visit Kizimkazi fishing village to see bottle-nosed and humpback dolphins. Take a short boat trip and, if lucky, swim close to the dolphins while avoiding the morning crowds.
Visit a spice farm to learn about spices and organically grown herbs, their uses in medicine, cosmetics, and cooking. Enjoy lunch at the guide’s home, explore a local village, interact with the Swahili coastal people, then proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Relax at your hotel and enjoy the available hotel activities.
This will be you departure day and our driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the airport to connect with a flight back home.
